Inwood has a extremely nice facility (although something always seems to be wrong with quite a bit of equipement), but the staff are rude and inept. That pretty much sums it up- but to the extreme. They can't answer questions, give you erroneous information, act like it is your fault for mistakes, and argue with you. I know I shouldn't have high expections, or really any expectations, of mediocre customer service, but come on. The classes were so-so. Go elsewhere to workout.
